This workshop is designed for teens aged who are preparing for the social, academic, and emotional changes that come with moving from middle elementary school into secondary school. Age 13-15
Participants explore both their worries and their excitement about this major transition, while developing practical strategies for managing new routines, expectations, and sources of stress.
Through reflection activities, small‑group discussions, and facilitator‑led conversations, teens strengthen coping skills, build confidence, and practice navigating unfamiliar environments and responsibilities.
The session offers a supportive space to share experiences, problem‑solve challenges, and feel more grounded and prepared as they step into the next stage of their school journey.
Registration is required.
