Pathways to Wellness is a 12‑week wellness and spiritual development workshop series, combining weekly gentle movement and meditation practices that are tailored specifically for seniors. 55+

This program creates an inclusive environment where participants can explore personal growth, build resilience, and cultivate inner calm.

Each week highlights a different wellness or spiritual theme—such as mindfulness, gratitude, emotional balance, stress reduction, energy awareness, and cultivating resilience. Through guided discussions, participants learn how to integrate these tools into daily life.

Each session includes:

  • 20 minutes of Chair Yoga featuring nine gentle, senior‑friendly movements to support mobility, balance, and joint comfort
  • 30 minutes of Relaxation and Guided Meditation to encourage calm, clarity, and emotional well‑being
  • 10 minutes of Wellness Education covering simple, practical topics such as breathwork, stress relief, posture, sleep habits, and daily mindfulness

These sessions are ideal for participants with limited mobility or those who prefer a supportive, low‑impact approach to wellness.

Registration is required.
