Author and Naval Historian Sean E. Livingston will present a selection of stories celebrating the Royal Canadian Navy's contributions during the Second World War, pulling from his research and work involving the HMCS OAKVILLE, the Canadian Naval Tribute Project, and his most recent book, Pirate of the Adriatic.

About our Speaker:
Lieutenant (N) Sean E. Livingston, MStJ, CD is a Canadian naval historian and author with a long-standing commitment to preserving naval heritage. He has led several commemorative initiatives in Oakville, including memorials and public exhibits honouring HMCS Oakville. A Reserve officer in the Canadian Armed Forces since 1997, Livingston is also co-founder of the Canadian Naval Tribute Project and a former Commanding Officer of the Oakville Sea Cadets. His work brings to light the stories of overlooked naval figures and events that shaped Canada’s wartime legacy.
