Program Room

Description: Dragons, Pixiu, and other legendary creatures may or may not exist, but their stories have produced enough information to make them worthy of study.

Become a natural historian by exploring the origins, diet, habitat, and behaviours of these beasts. For a fun art experiment, you’ll even create your own. Ages 7-12.

Registration is required.

 1.    Logging into MyEvents using your library card.  If you did not register with your library card, you will need the reference number you received in your confirmation email.

 2.    Phone your local branch, or email oplreference@oakville.ca.  Please have ready the program title, program date, and names of registered individuals.

About the branch

Located within White Oaks Secondary School in central Oakville, the White Oaks Branch is home to a large collection of titles, study spaces, and a large lounge area. The branch hosts a variety of programs for all ages, with a particular focus on family programs. Parking is free.
