3D Design Workshop: Charms and Trinkets

Explore 3D design with Tinkercad, a free web-based program! Create your own 3D model and learn how to print it at OPL after the program. Ages 16+.

Learn the basics of 3D design with Tinkercad, a free, beginner-friendly web program. Create a simple 3D model and learn how you can bring it to life on the Oakville Public Library’s 3D printers, available at all branches.

Please note: 3D models created during this program will not be printed as part of the session. After the program, you can book time to use a 3D printer at any Oakville Public Library branch to print your design.

3D Printing Certification is required to use the library's 3D printers. Certification is available as a YouTube recording.

Important Note: We are unable to offer refunds for participants who are late or missed their program. As well, if a registered participant has not arrived within 15 minutes of the start program time, their spot may be given to a walk-in participant who can pay the materials fee at the Service Desk.

Need to cancel? Please let us know. 

 If you have to cancel your spot for any reason, you can do so by: 

 1.    Logging into MyEvents using your library card.  If you did not register with your library card, you will need the reference number you received in your confirmation email. 

 2.    Phone your local branch, or email oplreference@oakville.ca. Please have ready the program title, program date, and names of registered individuals.
