Creation ZoneLearn the basics of 3D modelling with Tinkercad, a free web based design program. Take what you learn and bring it to life on one of OPL's 3D printers. Ages 13+.
Learn the basics of 3D design with Tinkercad, a free, beginner-friendly web program. Create a simple 3D model and bring it to life on the Oakville Public Library’s 3D printers, available at all branches.
3D Printing Certification is required to use the library's 3D printers. Certification is available as a live program or YouTube recording.

Important Note: We are unable to offer refunds for participants who are late or missed their program. As well, if a registered participant has not arrived within 15 minutes of the start program time, their spot may be given to a walk-in participant who can pay the materials fee at the Service Desk.

If you have to cancel your spot for any reason, you can do so by:
1. Logging into MyEvents using your library card. If you did not register with your library card, you will need the reference number you received in your confirmation email.
2. Phone your local branch, or email oplreference@oakville.ca. Please have ready the program title, program date, and names of registered individuals.

Located within the Glen Abbey Community Centre in northwest Oakville, Glen Abbey Branch is Oakville Public Library’s busiest location and serves over 350,000 customers per year. As a community and cultural hub in north Oakville, the branch offers several rooms available for booking and hosts a variety of programming for all-ages that inspires creativity. Parking is free.
