This workshop is designed for teens who are preparing to transition out of secondary school and into post‑secondary education or the next phase of their lives. 16-18
Participants explore both the worries and the excitement that often accompany major life transitions, while developing practical strategies for managing routines, stress, and shifting expectations. Through reflection activities, small‑group discussions, and facilitator‑guided conversations, teens strengthen coping skills, build confidence, and practice navigating new environments and responsibilities.
This session offers a supportive space to share experiences, problem‑solve challenges, and feel more grounded and prepared as they step into their future school, work, or life pathways.
