A 4-part series designed for families and friends of persons living with early-stage dementia, or who are new to education and ready to learn more about dementia. 18+
Topics covered include an overview of different types of dementia, the 8 A’s (symptoms) of dementia, responsive behaviours, communication strategies, how to create a dementia-friendly home, and additional resources/ supports available.
Registration is required.
