This program focuses on understanding mental health, addressing stigma, and exploring effective coping strategies. Age 14-18
Teens will learn the definition of mental health, the negative impacts of stigma, and various ways to manage their mental well-being.
Participants will engage in discussions about mental health and work together in a group activity to further develop their understanding and skills.
Key Learning Objectives:
By the end of this program, participants will be equipped with the tools and knowledge to support their mental health and navigate related challenges effectively.

Located within the Iroquois Ridge Community Centre, Iroquois Ridge Branch is home to a large collection of materials, study spaces, and a Creation Zone. The branch hosts a variety of programs for all ages, with a particular focus on new and emerging technologies, such as virtual reality and Tinker Toys. Parking is free.
