Come learn about genealogy and share tips with fellow family historians! 18+

Whether you’re new to genealogy or an experienced researcher, come learn in this informal, virtual setting. Ask questions about your own research and/or offer ideas to others. Either way, you’re sure to leave with some new tips to apply to your genealogical research! Thinking of dropping in? Register in advance to ensure your spot!

Can't make it and need to cancel? Please let us know in advance!

If you have to cancel your spot for any reason, you can do so by:

1.     Logging into MyEvents using your library card.  If you did not register with your library card, you will need the reference number you received in your confirmation email.

2.     Phone your local branch, or email oplreference@oakville.ca.  Please have ready the program title, program date, and name(s) of registered individual(s).

Please note: Sessions take place at 7pm ET. You can check the start time for your time zone at Time Zone Converter. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting. If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, be sure to check your spam/junk folder.
