Want to get cozy and creative this winter? Join us to learn how to make custom iron-on designs using the Creation Zone's Cricut. Bring your own cotton socks and we'll supply the rest. Ages 8-12.
Cricut is a computer-controlled machine for all kinds of maker projects that involve intricate cutting and line drawing.
In this in-person program participants will learn how to use the Cricut Maker to cut custom decals. We'll then transfer our designs onto a pair of socks using the Cricut Easy Press.
In order to complete the project, registrants must provide their own cotton socks. Cotton socks can be purchased new at most clothing stores or the dollar store. Alternatively you can upcycle clean socks from your closet.
