Creation Zone Appointment

Sewing Machine, Cricut and More

Get hands on with creative technology in OPL's Creation Zone at the Glen Abbey branch. Not all equipment is accessible during this appointment. See listing for details.

Book your appointment for access to the following equipment at the Glen Abbey branch Creation Zone:

• Sewing machine & serger*
• Cricut cutting machine
• Button maker
• iMac with full Adobe Creative Suite
• 3D printer**
• Laser cutter**

For priority access to the photo/film scanner and inkjet printer you must book under Creation Zone Appointment: Photo Scanner & More. 

* You must bring your own fibre materials and provide your own safety glasses to use these machines

**Our 3D printer and laser cutter are operated by Creation Specialists only. Files can be created during appointments and left for pickup at a later date.

Limitations

• Appointments are available for up to 90 minutes in length
• Maximum three (3) bookings per customer, per month
• Individuals under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult
• Each appointment is for one individual and does not permit the entry of groups (unless individuals are from the same household)
• A mask covering your mouth and nose is requirred at all times

Cancellations

• If you cannot make your appointment please cancel through the link in the registration email, or email at creationzone@oakville.ca
• If you will be more than 15 minutes late please email creationzone@oakville.ca or Glen Abbey branch at (905) 815-2039 or your appointment willbe cancelled
• OPL reserves the right to cancel future reservations for individuals who do not show up for more than two (2) bookings without notifying OPL
