This week we will be exploring math in the Ontario School Curriculum by developing, creating, and discussing patterns. For this activity, the following material (s) will be needed: string or shoelace, beads, and straws.
This program is geared towards children aged 4-7Y.
The program will be conducted over the Zoom video platform. For safety and attendance purposes, please register for the program using your child's first name. For instructions on how to use Zoom, please watch this video. Library staff will email the Zoom link to all participants two (2) hours before the program begins. You do not have to have a Zoom account to attend this program. However, if you do not have the software you will be prompted to download it when you click on the link provided. There is no charge for the download but it does take a few minutes to complete so please allow time before the start of the program to do so.
