Join us for readings and discussion presented by the Oakville Literary Alliance

Everyone is welcome to these monthly sessions to share their writing or just to listen. Poets and prose writers range from nationally recognized to first-time writers.

Scheduled Speakers:

Sunday, January 12: Author Angelo Sqabellone, featuring work from his historical novel "I Terroni"

Sunday, February 16: Author and past CIBC announcer Carole Giangrande, featuring work from her new novel "The Tender Birds"

Sunday, March 29: Poets Stedmond Pardy and Kate Rogers

Sunday, April 19: Poet Laura Fuster, and author Bruna Bertoni. Plus, The Oakville Literary Alliance will announce the winners of the Poetry Contest, and have a reading of the winning entries. 

Sunday, May 17: Poet and artist Meena Chopra

Sunday, June 14: Author Karen Shubacher and poet Canisia Lubrin
