Intro to Creation Zone Equipment

Learn the basics of the Cricut machine including equipment capabilities, available accessories, materials, safety considerations, and project preparation. Ages 16+.

This lecture-style orientation introduces Creation Zone equipment, materials, design considerations, workflows, and safety requirements. Participants will learn what to expect when booking the equipment and how to prepare a maker project.

Session Focus: Cricut machines and compatible tools with the Cricut Makers available at our Sixteen Mile and Glen Abbey locations.

Important Note: We are unable to offer refunds for participants who are late or have missed their program. As well, if a registered participant has not arrived within 15 minutes of the program start time, their spot may be given to a walk-in participant who can pay the materials fee at the Service Desk.

 If you have to cancel your spot for any reason, you can do so by: 

 1.    Logging into MyEvents using your library card.  If you did not register with your library card, you will need the reference number you received in your confirmation email. 

 2.    Phone your local branch, or email oplreference@oakville.ca. Please have ready the program title, program date, and names of registered individuals.
