Cricut Workshop: Bead Embroidery

Participants will discover how to use the Cricut to draw custom outline patterns for bead embroidery, creating precise templates for stitching.

Interested in textile arts? Participants will learn how to use the Cricut Maker 4 with a compatible pen to draw custom outline patterns for bead embroidery. Create or import your own design in Cricut Design Space, transfer it onto fabric with the machine, and use the drawn guide as a template for stitching and embellishing your beadwork. This technique makes it easy to create precise, repeatable patterns while adding a personalized touch to your embroidery projects.

Important Note: We are unable to offer refunds for participants who are late or missed their program. As well, if a registered participant has not arrived within 15 minutes of the start program time, their spot may be given to a walk-in participant who can pay the materials fee at the Service Desk.

Need to cancel? Please let us know. 

 If you have to cancel your spot for any reason, you can do so by: 

 1.    Logging into MyEvents using your library card.  If you did not register with your library card, you will need the reference number you received in your confirmation email. 

 2.    Phone your local branch, or email oplreference@oakville.ca. Please have ready the program title, program date, and names of registered individuals.
