Program RoomCalling all book-loving tweens! Ages 9-12
This program is designed for ages 9–12 who enjoy stories, characters, and creative fun. Each session explores different books, series, and themes through engaging activities like crafts, games, and challenges—no two weeks are the same! Whether you're into fantasy, mystery, graphic novels, or hilarious adventures, you'll discover new reads and connect with others who love books as much as you do. Come for the stories, stay for the fun!
This program is ticketed. Tickets are required, limited, and vary by branch. Tickets will be distributed 15min prior to program start.

Located inside the expanded Sixteen Mile Sports Complex, the new 18,000+ square foot branch features a Children's Area, Discovery Zone, Community Living Room, second‑floor Mezzanine, Digital Media Studio and Sound Studio, and multiple work and study spots including the Laptop Bar and dedicated Quiet Study Room. Explore the wide range of materials and resources, including a large, brand-new print and digital collection, an expanded Library of Things, public access computers, and free Wi-Fi.
