Joins us for this informative and interactive hands-on workshop about Endometriosis. 13+

Learn about endometriosis and its effect on physical and mental health.  Hear stories from those with lived experience and get specific knowledge about the importance of menstrual health, well-being and self-advocacy. Attendees will not only learn about endometriosis but will also leave feeling empowered.

This FREE workshop includes a journaling wellness component.  Join us for an empowering session as we put pen to paper for reflection, release, and reconnection with yourself. Learn how people with endometriosis can take proactive steps towards improving their well-being through this activity.  You will be taught how to slow down, tune in and give yourself the care you deserve, through guided prompts, and quiet moments.  Journaling materials will be supplied.

*Endometriosis (also known as endo) is a chronic debilitating disease which affects one in 10 individuals assigned female at birth.  It occurs when tissue, similar to the lining of the uterus (but not identical), forms outside the uterus forming nodules, lesions, and adhesions on various organs including the bowels, urinary system, lungs, etc. Currently, there is no definitive cause or cure.  It takes an average of seven to ten years for endometriosis to be diagnosed.  Endometriosis affects patients' daily lives due to common symptoms such as chronic pelvic pain. possible infertility, cyclic leg pain, excessive ovulation pain and menstrual pain, chronic fatigue and more. *
