Forest bathing is inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku, which gives you the chance to unplug, unwind, and reconnect with yourself and the natural world.
Rest and rejuvenate through sensory awareness and mindfulness while immersing yourself and deepening your relationship with nature. Experience the benefits of slow-paced wandering in nature with a trained forest therapy guide Sock Gee!
What to wear and bring
Comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and shoes. This is a rain or shine event unless severe weather in the forecast. If it rains, please wear waterproof layers or bring an umbrella. It is highly recommended that you bring a sit pad (we will have some extras), and a backpack for your possessions to keep your hands free. Bring a beverage of your choice for the tea service at the end of the session.
