Meditate with Mărțișor - A Romanian Spring Celebration

Learn about the Mărțișor or Martenitza, a festival celebrated in Romania and other Eastern European countries celebrating the first days of Spring. 18Y+

You are invited to a presentation that will make also connections to symbols specific to certain yoga méditation practices that focus on achieving protection and inner balance from nature. A guided meditation workshop is included.
