An Early Valentine's Day with Flute Music & Meditation

Treat your valentine to a bamboo flute music and meditation program! 18+

Enjoy the soothing sounds of the Bansuri, an Indian bamboo flute. Learn about the throat energy center/chakra through which we express our feelings for each other and build our relationships.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the program is scheduled to start to help create a serene atmosphere for all participants. Comfortable clothing is recommended. 

Chairs will be provided. Bring your yoga mat if that's your preference.

This free 100 Seeds of Joy workshop is presented in partnership with Sahaja Yoga Meditation Network of Volunteers.
