Learn about the importance of having a will and powers of attorney for yourself and your family.
Learn about the importance of having a will and powers of attorney for yourself and your family in this in-person session delivered by a local area lawyer, who practices Trusts and Estate Law. This session will be facilitated as part of Make a Will Month!
Every November, the Ontario Bar Association hosts events for Make a Will month to educate the public about the importance of having a will and having it done by a lawyer.
Ontario Bar Association will speak about the elements of a will; what happens if you don’t have one; what are powers of attorney and why they are important; and special considerations to keep in mind when preparing your estate and care plans.
Thank you to the Ontario Bar Association and its volunteers who make these sessions possible.
