Learn the foundations of 3D modelling with Tinkercad, a free web based design program. Take what you learn and bring it to life on one of OPL's 3D printers, available at all branches. Ages 13+.
Tinkercad is a free web based 3D Design program that is great for beginners who want to learn the foundations of 3D modelling.
In this program, participants will learn to navigate Tinkercad's user interface and the basic tools for creating a simple 3D model.
Take what you learn and bring it to life on one of the Oakville Public Library's 3D printers, available at all branches! Please note, completion of the 3D Printing Certification is required to use the library's 3D printers. Certification is available as a live program or YouTube recording.

As a community and cultural hub in north Oakville, the branch offers several rooms available for booking and hosts a variety of programming for all-ages that inspires creativity. Parking is free.
