Speak your Mind! Join our contest and write, edit and shoot a video highlighting a social issue in your neighbourhood. Aged 13-18

Participants will research, write and edit a short video based on a social issue facing their community.  

Participants create a video based on one of the following social issues:

  • Pollution,
  • Racial Inequalities,
  • Cyber Bullying,
  • Youth Empowerment, 
  • Disability Rights

Teams can be no bigger than 3 team members.  

The contest opens Wednesday May 1st and ends June 23rd at 11:59 pm. The contest is open to Oakville teens ages 13-18 with an Oakville Public Library card.
